(Alliance News) - Impianti Spa reported that its board of directors on Friday reviewed its financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2023, in which it reported a loss of EUR1.3 million, compared to a loss of EUR54,000 as of Dec. 31, 2022.

Value of production stood at EUR7.8 million compared to EUR10.4 million in the previous year, a decrease of about 26 percent.

Revenues from sales and services amounted to EUR7.5 million, a decrease of about 25.6 percent compared to FY2022, when it was EUR10.0 million.

Ebitda, on the other hand, is negative EUR1.2 million, down from EUR100,000 as of Dec. 31, 2022. "This contraction is directly related to the factors outlined above, which primarily impacted the contribution margin."

Net financial debt as of Dec. 31, 2023 is a surplus - cash - of about EUR100,000, down from a surplus of EUR500,000 as of Dec. 31, 2022.

Impianti closed Friday's session in the red by 2.5 percent at EUR0.39 per share.
