IMPACT is advancing construction works on Boreal Plus project

Impact Developer & Contractor, the only real estate developer in Romania listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, is completing the villas within the Boreal Plus compound developed in Constanta. At the same time, it was built the foundation of the first buildings, with a total of 209 apartments, which are expected to be delivered in the first half of 2022. The developer also advanced the works on the multi-storey car park, with a GF + 4F height, by finishing the first construction level.

The new community, suitable for young families, will have secure access and will also integrate a kindergarten, along with facilities such as a playground, sports field, green areas and commercial spaces. The developer is in the process of obtaining approvals for its building permit.

The 18 villas which are in the final execution stage are built sustainably, using solutions with low environmental impact and high efficiency for residents, for the entire life cycle of the construction. The villas are ready to be visited and will be delivered in August this year.

Located in the northern part of the city, in the Palazu Mare area, just 15 minutes from the beach, city's center, and the highway, with panoramic views, Boreal Plus is the first residential complex in Constanta that is built according to the international sustainability standards of the BREEAM Excellent certification. The project will benefit from solar panels, selective collection and waste management system, efficient lighting, and wastewater recovery and management. The innovative design translates into an increased energy performance, reduced maintenance costs and, overall, an improved level of living. Studies show that by implementing the BREEAM Excellent standard in residential buildings, maintenance costs are reduced by 13%, energy consumption is reduced by up to 50%, CO2 emissions lowered by up to 39%, water consumption is reduced also by 39%, and the amount of waste is decreased by up to 70%, which is reflected in an increase in household satisfaction by 27%.

Due to its characteristics, Boreal Plus was awarded in the prestigious real estate competition European Property Awards 2020 - 2021, being designated the winner in the category "Residential Development Romania".
