Industrial Milk Company S.A. announced that Alex Lissitsa, the non-executive director of Industrial Milk Company (IMC), has been appointed general director of Kernel Holding S.A. The previous head Yevgeni Osipov left IMC for Kernel agricultural holding company that produces sunflower oil, grows grain and oil-bearing crops. Mr. Osipov took up the post of director for agricultural operations there.
