Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes
In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed on September 22, 2022, approved allotment of 6500 equity shares of Rs. 5/‐ each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers 213307178 to 213313677 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain eligible employees of the Company.
Post the above allotment, the paid‐up share capital of the Company is Rs. 1,06,65,68,385/‐ consisting of 21,33,13,677 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
