Harvest Capital Credit Corporation Declares Regular Monthly Distributions for the Month of February, March and April 2020, Payable on March 30, 2020, April 30, 2020 and May 28, 2020 Respectively; Promotes Richard P. Buckanavage to Serve as President

The Directors of Harvest Capital Credit Corporation declared distributions of $0.08 per share for each of the months of February, March, and April of 2020. The February distribution is payable on March 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on March 23, 2020. The March distribution is payable on April 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on April 23, 2020. The April distribution is payable on May 28, 2020 to shareholders of record on May 21, 2020.

On March 6, 2020, the Company's board of directors appointed and promoted Richard P. Buckanavage to serve as President of the Company, from his current position as Managing Director - Head of Business Development, effective immediately.
