12 April 2024:Haleon plc (the "Company") (LSE/NYSE: HLN) today announces that the following documents have been made available to shareholders:

1. Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice")

3. AGM Voting Instruction Card

The Company's AGM will be a virtual meeting, broadcast under studio conditions from the Company's London offices at 3.00pm (BST) on Wednesday 8 May 2024. The Notice is available on the Company's website athttp://www.haleon.com/investors/shareholder-information/annual-general-meetings, and includes full details of the business to be conducted and joining instructions.
