Aeon Co., Ltd. (TSE:8267) and AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd. (TSE:8570) acquired 74.9% stake in FeliCa Pocket Marketing from Sony Corporation (TSE:6758), Gurunavi, Inc. (TSE:2440), Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd. (TSE:7912) and Tanseisha Co., Ltd. (TSE:9743) on March 31, 2014. Under the terms of the purchase, Sony Corporation sold its entire stake of 44.9% stake in FeliCa Pocket Marketing. Aeon Co., Ltd. is acquiring 60% stake and AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd. is acquiring 14.9% stake in FeliCa Pocket Marketing. Gurunavi, Inc. is selling 12.5% stake, Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd. is selling 12.5% stake and Tanseisha Co., Ltd. is selling 5% stake in FeliCa Pocket Marketing.
