GS Holdings Limited provided earnings guidance for the half year ended June 30, 2019. Based on a preliminary review of the group's unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2019, the group is expected to report a significantly higher net profit for half year 2019 as compared to its financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2018. The increase in the consolidated net profit for half year 2019 was principally attributable to the receipt of service fees from the 8 branding, operation and procurement service agreements entered into by the Company's subsidiary, Wish Hospitality Holdings Private Limited as announced by the Company on 29 April 2019, and an additional 6 BOP service agreements subsequently entered into by Wish in half year 2019. The aforementioned 14 BOP service agreements have an aggregate contract sum of RMB 50,000,000.
