GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente), which will soon join the new Occident brand, launches a free vehicle inspection campaign for its car insurance policyholders to ensure that they stay safe behind the wheel this summer. Customers who have taken out car insurance with Seguros Catalana Occidente, Plus Ultra Seguros and Seguros Bilbao can enjoy this service until 31st July.

The campaign focuses on preventing breakdowns and accidents over the summer months when there is an increase in road traffic. The inspection service will allow customers to check the state of their wheels, tyres, lights, brakes and horn, as well as the overall condition of the engine, the battery and the oil and coolant levels.

For this reason, in the automotive sector, we not only strive to offer the best care and benefits to our customers, but we also focus on prevention in order to improve their safety behind the wheel," explains the Director of Motor Vehicle Insurance for Traditional Business at GCO, Rafael Moyano.

The inspections are carried out through AutoPresto, the first garage network in Spain to receive the Centro Zaragoza sustainable certification. To request this free service, policyholders must make an appointment through their insurance company's Contact Centre, which will refer them to the nearest garage for the inspection.

GCO marks its first 50 courtesy cars with the new Occident brand

The AutoPresto garage network already has its courtesy vehicles marked with the new Occident brand, which will soon be integrated into all GCO traditional business entities. 50 Audi A1's were made available to policyholders of the insurance group who have repairs done at the garage network. Throughout this year, AutoPresto is expected to renew its entire fleet of replacement vehicles, until it reaches 275 units at the end of the financial year, all carrying the image of the new insurance brand Occident.

In addition to offering courtesy vehicles, AutoPresto offers numerous advantages to its customers, including an assessment in less than 12 hours with the possibility of have the damage assessment carried out at the customer's home, repairs in less than 48 hours or the free delivery and collection service of the vehicle.
