GRACE TECHNOLOGY, INC. (hereinafter, "GRACE") announces that its potential largest shareholder, who is also a principal shareholder, is going to be changed. Details are presented as follows

1. Background of change

Today, we received a notice from an investment bank (hereinafter, the "Manager") who is the potential largest shareholder and principal shareholder that the Manager is going to sell its purchasing shares. Accordingly, it will result in a change in the largest shareholder and principal shareholder as described below.

Yukiharu Matsumura has agreed to a lock-up not to sell his residual shares in GRACE in any format at least in 180days after the settlement of such transaction.
