2022 ANNUAL RESULTS CONFERENCE

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (the "Company") proposes to convene the conference in relation to 2022 annual results ("Results Conference") starting from Hong Kong Time from 16:30 on Tuesday, 21 March 2023. Investors and media representatives may attend the Results Conference in person, or watch the Results Conference through webcast link. Due to the limited size of the venue, participants who plan to attend in person are required to pre-register with the Company's financial public relations firm (contact information is provided below) no later than Friday, 17 March 2023. Also, the Company encourages participants to bring their name cards to facilitate on-site registration on Tuesday, 21 March 2023. The management of the Company will be present at the Results Conference in person to answer questions.
