GAROFALO HEALTH CARE S.P.A.: FILING OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS IN VIEW OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 29 APRIL 2024

Rome, April 8, 2024- Garofalo Health Care S.p.A. ("GHC"), in relation to the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors envisaged on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for 29 April 2024, announces that the following lists of candidates have been submitted:
