In connection with the final processes for financial reporting of the company's 2021 annual accounts, the company is upgrading its guidance due to strong demand for FOM Technologies research equipment and technology.

CURRENT FINANCIAL GUIDANCE FOR 2021:

Revenue:    Interval range from DKK 18,0 mio. to DKK 21,0 mio.
EBITDA:      Interval range from DKK -1 mio. to DKK 1 mio.

NEW REVISED FINANCIAL GUIDANCE FOR 2021:

Revenue:    Interval range from DKK 23,5 mio. to DKK 24,0 mio.
EBITDA:      Interval range from DKK 1,0 mio. to DKK 1,5 mio.

The updated guidance is based on preliminary and unaudited financial figures for 2021.
The final audited annual report for 2021, is expected to be published on the 24^th of February 2022.
