APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR: RAJENDRA MAKANJEE

Notice in terms of paragraphs 3.59(a) of the Listing Requirements of the Namibian Stock Exchange.

The Company's shareholders are hereby informed of the appointment of Mr Rajendra Makanjee as a non-executive director of the Company and First National Bank of Namibia Limited effective 01 August 2022. Mr Makanjee is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an IT Honours qualification. He is currently the FNB Retail and Private Banking CEO and the FirstRand Chief Digital Officer. He has over 13 years of experience within the FirstRand Ltd Group.
