Foncière des Régions joins forces with Immowell Lab

Foncière des Régions has entered into a partnership with start-up accelerator Immowell Lab, a company focused on innovation for the real estate and construction industry, and occupant well- being.

Foncière des Régions is hoping that this partnership will help it to achieve its two-fold objective: firstly, to support innovative start-ups specialising in sustainable eco-cities and secondly, to position itself at the cutting edge of new ideas and techniques to assist in the planning and design of third sector properties and the cities of tomorrow.

This partnership, which reflects Foncière des Régions' innovation policy and its dedication to anticipating and adapting to the needs of its clients, will enable its teams to forge stronger connections with the world of innovation.

As part of its innovation policy, Foncière des Régions has also joined forces with the Alliance pour l'innovation ouverte (Open Innovation Alliance), a community formed by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, the aim of which is to promote innovation through the definition, by large companies, start-ups and small and medium size businesses, of a set of best practices.

Christophe Kullmann, CEO of Foncière des Régions, says: "This partnership with Immowell Lab, in addition to joining the Alliance pour l'innovation ouverte, represents our desire to collaborate with innovative start-ups specialised in areas related to eco-cities and the buildings of the future. This commitment involves the implementation of numerous tests and trials of innovative solutions so as to further improve the performance of our buildings and our customer satisfaction." Thomas Le Diouron, co-founder of Immowell Lab, says: "Immowell Lab is proud to work together with Foncière des Régions. This partnership will enable us to create new opportunities in terms of experimentation, focused on new real estate uses, through the implementation of pilot schemes developed by innovative start-ups."
