Farmak entered the TOP-25 best employers in Ukraine

The evaluation of companies that meet the requirements of the best employers and invest in the development of their employees was carried out by the editorial board of the TOP-100. Ratings of the largest" and a special expert jury. Such aspects as the resocialization of veterans, the policy of remuneration and salaries, investments in corporate education, and innovations were taken into account.

Farmak was included in the final list of winners and recognized as a responsible employer, actively investing in the team and improving its personnel policy. This is another step towards improving working conditions in Ukraine and attracting talented specialists to the company.

According to the organizers, this is especially significant, given the labor migration that happened with the start of a full-scale war. About 8 million people, including many valuable professionals, have left Ukraine and may never return. This is the first time that Ukrainian business is facing such a large-scale labor migration and it requires special efforts to solve this problem.
