Everbridge, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 114.19 million compared to USD 111.4 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.68 million compared to net loss of USD 22.08 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.04 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.56 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.23 compared to USD 0.56 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 333.03 million compared to USD 314.76 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 28.02 million compared to USD 77.34 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.69 compared to USD 1.95 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.87 compared to USD 1.95 a year ago.
