TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Equites has received notifications from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Coronation"), on behalf of its clients, that Coronation, of behalf of its clients, acquired Equites' shares, such that Coronation held 10.13% of Equites' total issued shares, and of the subsequent disposal of Equites shares by Coronation, on behalf of its clients, such that Coronation's beneficial interest in Equites shares, on behalf of its clients, is now 9.98% of Equites' total issued shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Equites has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
