EPSILON NET GROUP: Acquisition of software applications

ERP ERMIS & HR MaSter of LAVISOFT

EPSILON NET Group announces that the acquisition of ERP ERMIS and HR MaSter applications of LAVISOFT S.A. has been completed by the Group's companies and subsidiaries of EPSILON NET S.A., Epsilon SingularLogic & EPSILON HR.

Specifically, Epsilon SingularLogic acquired the business software application family named "ERP ERMIS" as well as all the relevant modules developed within the information system for a price of 400,000 Euros, while EPSILON HR acquired the "HR MaSter" family of payroll and human resource management applications for 800,000 Euros.

The "ERP ERMIS" family of applications supports a significant number of businesses with industrial & commercial activity and is a modern Enterprise Resource Management System that allows:

• production management
• strategic management & management of the physical flow of products
• accurate recording of financial activity
• the process of communicating with customers
• the management of customer technical coverage contracts

The "HR MaSter" family of applications supports the integrated operation of Human Resources Departments in a significant number of industries, commercial enterprises, financial & service sector enterprises as well as public sector organizations. It is an Integrated Human Resources Management System for the monitoring and development of human resources, the monitoring of time attendance and shifts, as well as for the calculation of payroll.
