EPL Limited Announces the Resignation of Amit Jain as Non Executive, Non Independent Director

EPL Limited announced that Mr. Amit Jain, Non Executive, non independent Director resigned from the post of Directorship of the Company, effective 26 April 2021 and same was accepted by Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciated his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company.
