Ottar Ertzeid, Chairman of the Board has today acquired 7,500 shares in Entra ASA for an average price of NOK 102.47 per share. Following this transaction Mr Ertzeid holds 7,500 shares in the company.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
