PRODUCTION AND TRADE COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES" (hereinafter the "Company") informs the public that the company under the trade name "UNITY HOLDING COMPANY SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME" with registered seat in Kifissia Attica, 22, Thivaidos Str., registered with the General Commercial Register (G.E.MI.) number 176188801000 submitted today a mandatory tender offer regarding the acquisition of all of the Company's shares.
