ANNOUNCEMENT

The Joint Stock Company "ENTERSOFT S.A. PRODUCTION AND TRADE COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES" (hereinafter the "Entersoft"), further to the ANNOUNCEMENT dated 4.3.2024 regarding the agreement between shareholders of Entersoft representing 53.73% of its share capital and Olympia Group for the acquisition of their shares, informs the public that, according to Olympia Group's announcement of today, during the Athens Stock Exchange trading session of yesterday (12/03/2024) its affiliate company Verdalite Limited acquired additional 2,458,077 Entersoft shares which represent 8.19% of Entersoft's share capital. As a result, Verdalite Limited now holds 10,075,120 Entersoft shares in total, which represent 33.58% of its share capital and as of today, 13/03/2024, a total of 87.31% of Entersoft shares has been achieved.

It is hereby reminded that Rucio Investment S.à.r.l. participates equally (50/50) in Verdalite Limited. In this context and in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of L. 3461/2006 (Government Gazette No. Α' 106/30-05-2006), a mandatory tender offer will be submitted for the purchase of the entirety of the remaining Entersoft shares, within the deadline provided by Law (twenty days).

The Company shall notify the public of any new developments or information.
