BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ELICA S.P.A. VERIFIES INDEPENDENCE OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED DIRECTOR Fabriano, April 24, 2013 - The Board of Directors of Elica S.p.A., the parent company of a Group that is the leading manufacturer of kitchen range roods, meeting today verified the independence of the Director Evasio Novarese, born in Omegna (VB) on 25/8/1947 and resident in Comerio (VA), appointed by today's Shareholders' Meeting and in office until the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the 2014 Annual Accounts. The newly appointed Director was declared independent as per the Self-Governance Code and the Consolidated Finance Act.
