CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mrs. Seng Sze Ka Mee Natalia ("Mrs. Seng") has resigned as the company secretary and the authorised representative pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and the role to accept service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the "Listing Rules") of the Company (collectively "Authorised Representative"), all with effect from 9 December, 2019.

Mrs. Seng has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Following the resignation of Mrs. Seng, the Board also announces the appointment of Ms. Yuen Wing Yan, Winnie ("Ms. Yuen") as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 9 December, 2019. Ms. Yuen meets the qualification requirements of a company secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. Ms. Yuen, who was appointed as one of authorised representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of the Company since 21 August 2015, shall remain as the authorised representative and continue to accept service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules.

Ms. Yuen, is a Director of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited, Asia's leading business expansion specialist. Ms. Yuen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. She has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms. Yuen is currently acting as the company secretary or joint company secretary of a few listed companies on the Stock Exchange.

Ms. Yuen is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries ("HKICS") and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. She is a holder of the Practitioner's Endorsement from HKICS.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mrs. Seng for her valuable efforts and contributions to the Company and take the opportunity to express its warmest welcome to Ms. Yuen on her new appointment.
