March 26 (Reuters) - U.S.-listed paper producer International Paper is weighing a move to gatecrash a 10 billion pound ($12.63 billion) merger of its London-listed rivals, DS Smith and Mondi, by tabling an offer of over 5 billion pounds ($6.32 billion) for DS Smith, a Sky News reporter said on X on Tuesday.
