Dragonfly Energy Corp. announced that it will receive $155,000,000 in an equity round of funding on May 15, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Chardan NexTech Investments 2 LLC for 500,000 shares for proceeds of $5,000,000 at $10 per share and Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp.

for $150,000,000. The company has signed a subscription agreement with Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and is subject to approval from stockholders of Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
