The Board announces that:
(A) Mr. CHONG Man Kit has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 19
August 2015 to pursue his personal career development; and
(B) Ms. LEE Mei Yi has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 19
August 2015.
The board of directors (the "Board") of Dragon Crown Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. CHONG Man Kit ("Mr. CHONG") has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 19 August 2015 to pursue his personal career development.
Mr. CHONG confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and shareholders of the Company.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. CHONG for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
The Board is pleased to announce that, pursuant to Mr. CHONG's resignation as the company secretary of the Company, Ms. LEE Mei Yi ("Ms. LEE") has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 19 August 2015.

Ms. LEE is a Director of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. Ms. LEE has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom.
