Outcome of Board Meeting

This is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., 21st March 2022 has declared an Interim Dividend of 60% i.e., Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 and the same shall be paid to those Equity Shareholders of the Company whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Thursday, the 31st Day of March, 2022 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:30 P.M.
