Lawyer Dr. Jens Schmidt, Mittelstr. 20-24, 50672 Cologne has been appointed as insolvency administrator.

The Company diversifies its operating activities into two business segments: Oil and Gas Division, and German Power Division. The Oil and Gas Division is engaged in the providing a number of oil and gas services, such as offshore exploration, well development, oil and gas production, site abandonment, as well as well plugging. The main market catchment areas for Oil and Gas Division are South East Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East. The German Power Division is engaged in the electricity generation, and power and heat supplying to local farmers in Germany, using palm oil as a feedstock. The Company operates its business through subsidiaries located in Germany and Malaysia.
