TROY, Mich. -- Delphi announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 24,078,827 shares at $22.00 per share. All of the shares will be sold by Delphi's existing equity owners, whose membership interests in Delphi Automotive LLP will be exchanged for shares of Delphi Automotive PLC immediately prior to the completion of the offering. Total proceeds to the selling shareholders in the offering will be approximately $530 million (excluding the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares).

The shares will begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on November 17, 2011 under the ticker symbol "DLPH." The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase from certain of the selling shareholders up to an additional 3,611,824 shares.
