CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Crown International Corporation Limited (the "Company") dated 27 November 2020 in relation to an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of the Company to be convened and held for the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") to consider and, if thought fit, pass the special resolution to approve the proposed change of name of the Company.

The register of members of the Company will be closed from Monday, 29 March 2021 to Thursday, 1 April 2021, both days inclusive, for the purpose of ascertaining Shareholders' entitlement to attend and vote at the EGM. During such period, no transfer of the Company's shares will be registered. In order to be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at Room 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 26 March 2021.

A circular and a notice convening the EGM will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
