RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
Sondrio, 12 May 2021 - Credito Valtellinese S.p.A. ("Creval" or "Bank") announces that today it has received the letters of resignation from the office of Directors of Anna Doro and Serena Gatteschi - appointed in the minority list - with effect from June 17, 2021, i.e. from the day before the date of Creval Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for 18 June 2021 with the appointment of the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2021-2023 already on the agenda.
