NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS
CPFL Energias Renováveis S.A. ("CPFL Renováveis" or "Company") hereby announces to the holders of the 4th Issue of Simple Debentures of the Company, non-convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, that the interest, principal and premium payment was held on December 14, 2018, being that (i) R$ 203,251,764.00 related to the interest and principal payment and (ii) R$ 182,926.59 related to the premium payment for the Total Optional Early Redemption, related to 20,000 debentures. All the debentures subject to the Total Optional Early Redemption shall be cancelled by the Issuer.
