Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the 'Company'), informs that on 10 August 2021, the Company received a notification from Cooperatieve Laxey Worldwide W.A. pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended).
