Announcement of Cancellation:
The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that it has requested the Luxembourg Stock Exchange ("LSE") to remove an aggregate principal amount of the Notes detailed above from trading on the LSE, which were cancelled by the Issuer on 10 May 2024, as set forth below:
