FAE Technology rises 7.8 percent to EUR4.71 per share. The company announced Monday that it has finalized an agreement with Ray Ozzie, who assumes the role of Technology Advisor to the group.

The U.S. entrepreneur and innovator, formerly chief technical officer and chief software architect at Microsoft from 2005 to 2010 and now founder and CEO of Blues Wireless, will support the group in expanding its business model, with a focus on opportunities in the edge computing and artificial intelligence markets.

Ray Ozzie will provide technology advisory input directly to the company's management in order to seize the growing opportunities in the market.

Also doing well is Caribbean Company, up 8.0 percent to EUR1.08 per share. The stock has lost 40% in the past thirty days, 70% in the past six months, and 76% in the past twelve.

Yolo Group gives up 11 percent to EUR1.60 per share. The stock has lost 20% in the last month and 60% in the last year. The company announced on Friday that its board of directors had resolved to propose to the shareholders' meeting a capital increase of a maximum of approximately EUR8 million, including any share premium, to be carried out in one or more tranches, in one or more tranches, on a divisible basis and for cash, by issuing new ordinary shares, with no indication of par value, to be offered under option to all those entitled.

The company explained that the resources generated by the capital increase will be used to implement the business plan to 2026, which includes three strategic directions such as developing the international presence, both through new partnerships and through inorganic growth; consolidating the phygital distribution model; and increasing the supply portfolio, both for the retail and SME markets.

The business plan includes a revenue target of EUR17 to EUR20 million and positive Ebitda for 2024.
