We write to inform you that the board of directors of Commercial Credit and Finance

information required to be furnished in terms of rule 7.1 of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.

1. Dividend per share - Rupees One (Rs. 1.00) per share.
2. In terms of article 37 (2) of the articles of association of the Company, the approval of shareholders is not required before the distribution of an interim dividend.

4.	Record date		03rd March 2022
5.	Date of dispatch of dividend payment		22nd March 2022

1. The books of the Company will not be closed.
2. Financial year applicable for the dividend - the year ending 31st March 2022.
