Regulated information- Paris, March 28th 2022

PRESS RELEASE

Update on the timetable of the insolvency proceedings and postponement of the publication of the 2021 results

CNIM Group, whose preventive procedure was converted into a receivership by decision of the Paris Commercial Court on 14 March 2022, announces that it will not be able to publish its 2021 results within the regulatory deadlines and that it will request an extension of the deadline for the approval by the General Meeting of its 2021 consolidated and company accounts.

In the context of the receivership proceedings opened in favour of the company and its CNIM Environnement & Energie EPC subsidiary, the Paris Commercial Court examined on 21 March 2022 the bids for the acquisition of the CNIM Group's EPC business. The identity of the buyer of the EPC business will be known at the end of the deliberation of the Paris Commercial Court, expected on 5 April 2022.

CNIM Group also wishes to draw the attention of shareholders to the fact that, given the Group's debt, the proceeds of the sale received in the context of the insolvency proceedings of the company or its CNIM Environnement & Energie EPC subsidiary will benefit only the Group's creditors and will not produce any liquidity for shareholders.

Finally, CNIM Group informs the market that, in this context, the share's listing remains suspended.
