Posthandle Limited exchanged contracts to acquire 36 Great Charles Street, Birmingham from Circle Property Plc (AIM:CRC) for £3.7 million in September, 2022. For the year ended 31 March 2022, Profit before tax was £0.146 million. The transaction is expected to close in mid-January 2023.

The net proceeds from the Disposals, following completion, will be held as Group cash.
