The board of directors of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation received Mr. Ling Yiqun's resignation on 6 April 2023 as an executive director, a member of strategy committee of the Board and a senior vice president of Sinopec Corp. due to his age. Mr. Ling Yiqun has been diligent and responsible during his tenure.
