Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marioff Corporation Oy, Fireye, Detector Electronics Corporation and Autronica Fire and Security AS from Carrier Global Corporation for an enterprise value of $1.4 billion.

Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marioff Corporation Oy, Fireye, Detector Electronics Corporation and Autronica Fire and Security AS from Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE:CARR) for an enterprise value of $1.4 billion on March 5, 2024. Carrier expects net proceeds from the transaction to exceed $1.1 billion and intends to use the proceeds to pay down debt. Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2024 and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
