(Stock Code: 1224) DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 1 March 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the acquisition of the Leadenhall Building. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, the circular containing, among other things, details of the Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder, financial information in relation to the Target Group, the pro-forma financial statement of the enlarged Group and a valuation report on the Leadenhall Building, and a notice convening the SGM was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 3 April 2017.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the contents of circular, the Company currently expects to despatch the circular as soon as practicable on or before 28 April 2017.
