Trinity Exploration & Production PLC - exploration and production company focused on Trinidad and Tobago - Confirms generator fire occurred on Trinity's Bravo Platform in the Trintes Field, offshore east coast Trinidad on April 10. Notes production from the Bravo platform was halted and the platform subsequently evacuated. Says production from the other Trintes platforms, Delta and Alpha, was also shut down. Adds operators experienced minor injuries. Estimates replacement of the generator and associated repairs on the Bravo platform will be completed within three to four days and will initiate production restart in a phased manner once approval is received from the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries.

Bushveld Minerals Ltd - integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider - Announces VRFB Holdings Ltd enters agreement with Garnet Commerce Ltd and Mustang Energy to buy Garnet's 50% holding in Enerox Holdings Ltd which owns Enerox GmbH. Says once Garnet deal is complete Bushveld will hold between 21% and 23% of Mustang. Adds sale is an important part of plans to become an independent entity focussed on the VRFB value chain. Expects this to be completed during the second half of 2023.

Pembridge Resources PLC - UK mining company with investments in British Columbia, Canada - Announces Minto Metal Corp has completed and announced the results of its 2022 exploration drilling programme, which include some of the highest grade copper assays returned in the history of exploration at the Minto Mine, located in central Yukon, Canada. Highlights 11.4% copper over 4 metres at one hole in a newly discovered mineralized zone between the Minto North and Main open pits.

Premier African Minerals Ltd - Africa-focused minerals and metals project developer - Provides update on the first production at Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project. Confirms the two pending matters for Zulu (announced on April 3) have now fully been resolved and all formal approvals are now in place to begin commercial production. Targets first shipments for the end of the month.

Reabold Resources PLC - London-based oil and gas company with projects in the UK, US and Romania -

Notes the announcement by Portillion Capital Ltd stating that Portillion does not intend to make a firm offer for Reabold. Accordingly, points out Reabold is no longer deemed to be in an offer period.

Enwell Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas exploration and production company, with several gas and condensate operations in Ukraine - Advises on regulatory actions taken by Ukrainian authorities against some of the company's group operations in Ukraine. Reports Ukrainian security services conducted a search at the Yakhnyky office, from where the MEX-GOL and SV fields are operated. Notes the search is in connection to criminal proceedings concerning the circumstances surrounding the restructuring of the PJSC Smart Holding Group. Adds a number of documents were taken. Further, points out Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has made an order cancelling the registration entry made by Regal Petroleum Corp, a subsidiary of the company, relating to the ultimate beneficial owners of the company. Also, the State Geological Agency has requested further information from Regal Petroleum Corp Ltd relating to the ultimate beneficial owners of the MEX-GOL and SV licences respectively. Plans to consult with legal advisers to understand the implications of the above matters.
