Bunge Limited Announces the Resignation of Paul Fribourg from the Board of Directors and Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committee, Effective December 31, 2022

On December 5, 2022, Paul Fribourg resigned from the Board of Directors of Bunge Limited and from his positions as member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committee, effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Fribourg's resignation was for personal reasons and
not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
