Extraordinary announcement

Budapest.; company registration number: 01-10-042813, hereinafter referred as: Company) hereby informs the investors as follows:

The Company published an announcement on the 18th of November 2019 that the Company was examining the possibility of issuing bonds within the frame of the Funding for Growth Scheme (hereinafter referred as: Program) announced by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (hereinafter referred as: MNB). For participation in the Program it is required for the bonds to be issued to obtain at least a B+ rating from a credit rating agency registered by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). On the request of MNB the related rating was performed by Scope Ratings GmbH during which the Scope Ratings GmbH calculated with a bond issuance with a total face value of HUF 20 billion; the result of the related rating was published by the Company in the announcement dated on the 18th of November 2019; and the result of the annual revision of that previously published rating was disclosed by the Company on the 24th of November 2020.

Scope Ratings GmbH in its announcement published on the 15th of November 2021 affirmed its B+/Stable issuer rating on Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznosítási és Fejlesztési Nyrt. and the BB- rating on the Company's senior unsecured debt. Simultaneously, Scope Ratings GmbH withdrew the issuer rating/Outlook and the senior unsecured debt rating as requested by the Company.

The Company has not yet decided on the bond issuance within the frame of the Program.

Where a decision on the bond issuance within the frame of the Program will be made by the Company, then an extraordinary announcement will be published and the Company will provide for the fulfilment of the Program's participation requirements as obtaining again the appropriate credit rating as well.
