According to article 234 paragraph 1 letter e) of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the National Bank of Romania approved the modification of the secondary object of activity of the Bank by adding a new activity as follows: "Acting in the name and on behalf of other entities for intermediation in providing, secondary to the products and services provided by the Bank, the digital certificates, including the validation of the identity of the persons to whom qualified digital certificates are provided (NACE Code 6419 - "Other monetary intermediation activities", NACE Code 6311 -"Data processing, hosting and related activities").".
