Pu rsuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Listing Regulations") we hereby inform you that Ms Rumjhum Chatterjee (DIN: 00283824) vide her letter dated April 25, 2022 has tendered her resignation from the office of Independent Director of Blue Star Limited with effect from close of business hours ofApril 25, 2022 , due to personal reasons and to reduce her professional commitments. There is no other material reasons other than those mentioned in her resignation letter.

Dear Shailesh,

I have had a wonderful experience as an Independent Director on the Board of Blue Star Limited over the last three years. I am privileged to have been given the opportunity, learnt a lot and truly enjoyed working with the Board colleagues and the Management Team.

Over the last few months, I have, as you know, been progressively reducing my professional commitments to spend more time with my family. I write now to let you know that I have, after discussions at home, decided to step down as an Independent Director from the Board of Blue Star. I wish this to be with immediate effect.

I would also like you to know that there is no other reason for my resignation. Blue Star is an exemplary organization that I am so proud and happy to have been associated with. I have no doubt that the company will do exceedingly well in the years ahead. My best wishes will always remain with the company, the Board and the Management.
