Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder which mandates rotation of statutory auditors, it is hereby informed that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors at their respective Meetings held on January 28, 2022 have recommended appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP (Firm Registration Number - 117366W/W- 100018) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of 3P1 Annual General Meeting (i.e. ensuing Annual General Meeting) of the Company till the conclusion of 35th Annual General Meeting, subject to necessary approval by the Shareholders of the Company.
