Black Cat Syndicate Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 45 million in funding

Black Cat Syndicate Limited has announced a private placement of 200,000,000 ordinary shares at issue price of AUD 0.225 for gross proceeds of AUD 45,000,000 on September 26, 2023. The transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company. The transaction is expected to close on March 14, 2024.

All the securities issued under the offering is subject to the voluntary escrow from the issue to March 31, 2027.
